William’s English Blog

I walked in a few minutes late as I do on most days. Once I sat down we started presenting our origin myth slides. This only lasted about 10 minutes because no one did it( me included). We then started any late work or work from other classes. We ended the class by writing our blogs and doing past blogs if we didn’t do them.

 Absent 

 Today we started with Native American literature. We took notes on key subjects such as Myth, legend, and Religion. We also listed any stereotypes we have heard regarding the natives. Today was a long boring day it being the first full day of class. 

 

Today we had no instruction because of lockdown drills. We mostly sat on our phones waiting for the lockdown to start. Not having any assignments is helping me clear my head and stay focused on our football game tonight. Today was a good day in American lit.

I am William Maughon, My goals for the new school year is to take class more seriously so that I can be successful. My expectations are to turn in work on time, listen during class time, and work harder. These expectations should not be hard to reach since I only have 2 classes this year. Having extra free time should make this year almost stress free.
